Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Freight to return a generator is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Units that have had fuel added, show exhaust staining, or are missing literature and accessories may be refused or restocked at a fee. Opened oil in the Ready Kit is not returnable.

Start a return from the contact form with your order reference. Do not ship a generator until you have a return authorization in a live operations process.
