Refund policy

When a return is approved, refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping charged on the outbound order is refunded only when the return is our error (wrong item, documented damage in transit).

Promo discounts are reversed in proportion to the returned goods. Estimated tax in this demo checkout is not a filed tax document.

Chargebacks and payment disputes will be handled by the processor once one is connected. This page is not a live merchant policy until counsel reviews it.
